Guide to uninstalling Monarch

Running scripts/uninstall-monarch.sh should uninstall all resources and files used by Monarch, regardless of what method you used to install it in the first place. Monarch does leave images on the machine, in case you wish to install it again in the future, or for development convenience.

There may be some 'ghost' (<none> / intermediate) images left over after uninstall. If you're really particular, then make sure to clean those up!
